So Steven Smith who is with Green Knight came to my home and removed the panels so that my contractor could do just that. With his expertise he coordinated the removal and reinstallation of the new roof . After that was done I had some extra panels left over. I was able to have my shed covered as well. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and workman ship that Green Knight has provided.

The roofing crew showed up each day when they said they would, and worked hard throughout the project. They were respectful and considerate of where they parked and placed equipment, and went over the ground with magnets to ensure that no metal debris was left to get into paws or tires. The new roof looks great. I would definitely use them again if needed (although my new roof is likely to outlive me) and I recommend that anyone needing a new roof consider hiring them.

Ismael, the contractor, texted me daily updates and photos of the progress. After the instillation I noticed the leaf guards were not reinstalled, and they came out quickly to fix the issue. We love our new metal roof, and have had lots of compliments from friends and neighbors.

The Double Locked Hemmed Seam roof, because of its double mechanical seaming, allows Standing Seam to be installed down to a 1/12 pitch. With the addition of sealant and floating stainless steel clips the Double Locked Hemmed Standing Seam can be installed down to a pitch of ¼:12.
A Double hemmed seam roof will be as close to watertight as any standing seam roof and will exhibit strong oil canning tendencies. These roofs are generally used in areas where they cannot be viewed.
